About Sophie / Testimonials

Through the art and science of Reiki, I apply my years of healing practice to assist others in enhancing their state of wellbeing through regaining their natural flow of energy. I have been certified as a Reiki Master Teacher (RMT) since 2015.

Before answering this calling, I worked as a business consultant in fast-paced work environments while raising my daughter. I gained a deep appreciation for balancing the demands of an active life with the need to decompress and continue to grow into my best self.

Clients have found these Reiki journey sessions helpful in different ways - for releasing tension in the body; for moving through strong emotions of anger, grief, betrayal; for finding a calm center in a stressful workplace or career. I have also had the sacred honor of partnering with others who are transitioning through end-of-life.

I bring my understanding and passion into this healing practice, compassionately honoring each person’s unique path toward balance, renewal, release, and wellbeing.
